| Novice Qualifying Rules for Arkansas * Qualification will be based upon class placing at Arkansas approved horse shows. * Exhibitors must be Arkansas Quarter Horse Association members. * Points will be computed in the same manner as points for year-end awards. * The top three individuals in each Novice class offered at the Championship Show that are not nationally qualified will be invited to the Championship show as a State Qualifier. * In case of a tie for the top three spots, all tied exhibitor/horse will be invited. * Exhibitors interested in qualifying must complete a Novice Championship Show Letter of Intent. Due by May 31, 2012. |
