| 2009 Banquet Embassy Suites, LR featuring ArQHA Idol Contest |

| Youth officer elections were held at the youth meeting during the banquet. 2010 officers are: president - Rachel Pendegraft, vice-president – Brent Dorn, secretary – Sarah Ann Pendegraft, and historian – Wren Myers. The Board of Directors include: Shelby Ridgway, Alicia Parker, Courtney Jane Hunter, Anna Claire Hunter, Connor Griggs, Alli Mathis, Abby Floyd, Andrew Sayger, Ty Cornelius, and Lensey Watson. Any youth who are interested in becoming involved with the Arkansas QHA Youth Association and qualifying for the 2010 Ford AQHYA Youth World next August are encouraged to contact youth advisor Suzie Fuller at jskfuller@hotmail.com. Also visit the youth page on our website for more information on upcoming events. Committees are busy making plans for the 2010 shows to be held at Hestand Stadium in Pine Bluff. Dates include: March 19-22, April 16-19, and May 28-31. Show schedules for March and April are posted. We will also have an additional show on December 4-7, 2010 at the Four States Equine Center in Texarkana, Arkansas.
